When commissioning the artist you, as the client, agree and accept all of the Terms & ConditionsNo one has permission to use my work/any of my art for AI or NFTsPlease do not tell me your fetishes/the characters fetishes while commissioning me, I do not need to know. This goes for trauma dumping aswellREVISIONS
1 revision will be offered in every step of the process.Up to 3 revisions only on the rough sketch stage. (a couple of small ones are always ok)If there's any revisions after they have been approved during the previous step, there will be a 10% fee, increasing by 5% every time this happens again.
GENERAL
You may re-post an image from me with proper credit and do not claim it as your art!Remember to ALWAYS credit me for my artwork. Credit artists by assigning them the emote attribution on twitch, or have it on your about pageI own the artwork, so I may do whatever I wish with the art, for example; stream it, post it to my social media. Or present it in portfolios etc.If you want to order an illustration for commercial use for example; sell prints, merch, it will be 100% higher than the price of the commission you ordered.You are free to print out the commission you want as long as it's for your PERSONAL use only and NOT for sale. You can post and use the artwork on social media with credit without having to pay a commercial fee!! This includes Twitch/streaming purposes and social media content.Do not steal, copy, edit or feed it to AI in any form.Please include references of your character/setting. Please refrain from giving extremely long detailed directions, a brief idea of your concept will be enough.If we are creating the reference sheet you can send multiple examples/mood boards or make a little collage of things you want to include.PROCESSOnce the request has been accepted and paid for it will be placed in a waitlist and you’ll be given estimate time of delivery. (estimate 1 week - 2 months unless artist says otherwise). You can check waitlist on my Trello if you're ever curious, I update it regularly.Sketches/wips will be sent to you as soon as I start, and I always send updates as I go on. (unless its a SKEB/surprise me commission)I will send you the full resolution illustration and different files by email or through a google drive link.I reserve the rights of canceling/decline your order If I don't feel comfortable drawing it or you have been proven to be troublesome in any way.You'll recieve low res with my watermark(for posting on social media) and high res for print/personal use.I mark all the files so you know exactly what is what. Please use files marked "socials" for posting on social media (these are low res and glazed)Depending on the illustration you will also recieve a transparent .PNG.For any 2D animation, you will recieve both MP4 and GIF files, big and small.Commissioner/the client must be over 18 to commission me, the artistREFUND POLICY
I do not accept refund requests - a cancellation of a commission will not be accepted if the payment has already been made. This also applies if the client is paying through a payment plan and any partial payments have been sent.
